冯敏强 (Roy Man-Keung Fung)

教授  博士生导师

  

1997年毕业于香港城市大学物理及材料科学系,获得一等荣誉理学学士学位;1999年及2003年分别获得香港城市大学物理及材料科学系哲学硕士及哲学博士学位。2003年至2013年在香港城市大学从事OLED显示及照明研究工作。20141月加入威尼斯人游戏网站功能纳米与软物质威尼斯人游戏网站(FUNSOM)为特聘教授,博士生导师。同时担任FUNSOM产业化基地有机光电技术研究所(IOO)研发中心主任。

研究领域:

本课题组集中于有机半导体器件的基础及应用研究,例如OLED显示、白光OLED照明、柔性光电子器件、硅基OLED微显示、器件薄膜封装技术、薄膜涂层、器件物理、表面及界面工程。从材料界面及器件物理角度,研发及优化高性能有机光电子器件为目的。目前,研究着重于:

  1. 高效能及长工作寿命的白光OLED照明

  2. OLED汽车尾灯开发

  3. 硅基OLED微显示

  4. 光提取技术

  5. 柔性光电器件及其薄膜封装技术

  6. 钙钛矿LED/太阳能电池

      

主要成果与荣誉:

Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Edit.等期刊发表SCI论文超过120篇,引用次数超过4000次,H-index34Scopus/ 37GS),申请专利超过50件(授权26件),在国际会议或研讨会上做特邀学术报告超过20次。主持和参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、江苏省重点研发计划、江苏省自然基金项目等项目。个人荣誉包括江苏省"六大人才高峰"、江苏省双创团队苏州市紧缺高层次人才苏州市欧美同学会十佳创新先锋"、"吴江区科技领军人才"。
