研究领域

主要围绕有机/无机半导体光电器件与器件物理,开展有机电致发光器件OLED、钙钛矿发光和光伏的研究工作,主要包括1)有机及杂化半导体材料与器件的基础物性分析、界面物理、载流子输运过程以及掺杂机制研究等;(2OLED器件的光学调控、低成本成膜工艺,钙钛矿薄膜的结晶调控及高效钙钛矿发光和光伏器件等等。

 

主要成果和技术贡献

近年来围绕OLEDPSC器件的表界面调控和器件物理开展了创新性研究工作。从器件物理、结构设计以及器件制备的角度,在理论上研究影响薄膜晶化动力学过程以及表界面能量输运的关键机制,在实践上探索表界面调控以及有机/无机半导体掺杂的有效途径,在薄膜的晶化控制、表界面形貌调控以及高性能器件的应用制备方面取得了一系列创新性研究成果。以第一作者/通讯作者在Science, Joule, Adv. Mater., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Energy Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Nano Lett., ACS Nano, ACS, Energy Lett., Nano Energy,Appl. Phys. Lett.等发表论文90余篇论文被引用3200余次,H-index = 34 (Google Scholar)。已获授权发明专利15。主持和参与国家自然科学基金青年/面上/集成项目、江苏省自然基金青年/优秀青年项目、国家重点专项基金等10余项。
