题目超高时空分辨阴极荧光光谱:研究低维纳米结构物理性质的重要方法

摘要:

人工低维结构是现代科学与技术的基石之一,适应低维材料与结构迅猛发展要求的先进表征技术则显得更加重要。在本报告中,报告人将首先概要介绍报告人所在的北京大学纳米结构与低维物理实验室近年来利用利用超高空间和时间分辨的阴极荧光光谱分析技术研究:1)、金属纳米腔中的表面等离激元(SPPs)共振模式分布规律;2)、弹性弯曲应变对半导体纳米/微米线的精细电子结构与载流子动力学的调制规律两个方面的研究工作总结。我们的研究结果表明,纳米尺度的空间分辨加上10皮秒的时间分辨本领使得阴极荧光研究技术在功能低维纳米结构的物理性质研究方面具有巨大的潜力和优势。

个人简介:

俞大鹏,男,19593月生。北京大学物理学院凝聚态物理与材料科学研究所教授。俞大鹏教授于1993 年在法国南巴黎大学固体物理实验室(Orsay)获博士学位;2000年获得国家杰出青年科学基金;2002年获得教育部长江学者特聘教授,是教育部长江学者与创新计划 “新型低维功能结构与物理创新团队学术带头人。俞大鹏教授的主要研究方向为准一维半导体纳米结构与物理性质研究,是国际纳米线研究的创始人之一,在纳米线的制备、物理性质和器件效应研究方面做出的主要学术贡献包括: 发展了催化液滴诱导与气相输运新方法、新技术规模制备硅纳米线,基本解决自下而上可控制备纳米线的核心难题;开拓了氧化物纳米线材料研究新领域;深入、系统地研究了纳米线的新奇物理性质和应用基础。俞大鹏教授共在国际核心专业刊物上发表430多篇论文,含国际顶级专业刊物论文Physical Review B/Letters14)、 Applied Physics Letters/JAP81)、Advanced  Materials12)、Nano Letters9)、Nature Communications160余篇,相关论文被国内外其他同行累计参考、使用和引评超过17000次,H因子为66 (from Google Scholar)。以第一完成人获得了2004年度教育部提名自然科学一等奖、2007年获国家自然科学二等奖。担任Nano Research、《科学通讯》等国内外学术刊物编委,被邀请担任美国物理研究所(AIP10 Year Review Committee Member(全球6名科学家)。俞大鹏教授迄今共培养研究生等70余名。
