Organic and polymeric semiconducting materials and devices for applications in renewable energy, display technologies and microelectronics. Charge injection, transport and recombination behaviour in organic semiconductors. Organic/metal and organic-organic interfaces; Inorganic semiconductor nanocrystals and their composites with conjugated polymers.
